The following terms and conditions and any policies, notices, rules or guidelines posted on this site shall govern your use of the site. YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IF YOU VISIT OR SHOP AT HERBCARE. Please read all terms and conditions before using the site, purchasing products or using any of the services available on or through the site. The terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. Your continued use of this site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
How to place an order:
All these maybe placed by phone, fax, mail and email. Online shopping is available through the Herbcare website. Monthly invoiced accounts are available to approved customers. Please contact us for details regarding set up of account. Customers may not purchase out of stock items but may back order them. Customers will be notified when the back orders are ready for shipping. Customers may request Herbcare to supply special items (i.e., items not normally carried in stock). However, deposits maybe required upon placement of the order.
Pricing policy
All prices are in $AUD and are subject to change at anytime without further notification. Product prices indicated on the Herbcare website are always current. Clients ordering from printed pricelist or catalogues are advised to seek price confirmation upon ordering. Prices or discounts on limited offer advertised specials are available for the period stated in the offer.
Payment:
All orders must be paid for at the time of the placement or prior to shipment. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Bankcard, American Express, and Diners Club). Cash or EFTPOS can be used for purchases made at the clinic. Payments can also be made online by EFT or by direct deposit into our account in ANZ Bank Chatswood Branch. Please ring and ask us for the account number.
Approved customers with monthly invoiced accounts are required to settle such account within 28 days of the issue date of the invoice. Please note that all goods remain the property of Herbcare Pty. Ltd. until full payment is received.
Delivery:
Orders will be dispatched promptly after confirmation of payment. Orders received prior to 1pm each day will be dispatched on that very same day. Orders received after 1pm each day will be dispatched that day or the following morning. Orders will be sent via computer-tracked courier services. Courier charges depend on weight but shall not exceed $15.00. Free delivery applies to orders over $150.00 (Sydney Metro) and $250 (Interstate). Extra cost may be involved for International shipment. Please check the Herbcare website or contact Herbcare to obtain delivery times to specific locations.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
The return of herbal medicines for the purposes of replacement, refund, or exchange is only acceptable provided that the seals on the containers have not been broken, and that Herbcare has been contacted within 3 days of the delivery.
Replacements or refunds are available for patent herbal medicines, powdered herbs, oils and liniments, acupuncture supplies and reference materials if they or their containers are damaged prior to delivery, or if we fail to fill an order accurately. In these cases, we will either original shipping chargers or pay additional shipping charges.
In the event that an order has not been filled accurately (missing items and/ or shortfalls) Herbcare will be rectified the order as soon as practicable and dispatched at our expense.
Any products purchased maybe exchanged within 3 days of their delivery provided seals and packaging undamaged. However charges for additional shipping and handling will apply.
Deposits taken for places in Herbcare sponsored training programs or seminars are not refundable, but are transferable. Customers have the right to transfer from one Herbcare sponsored training program or seminar to another, provided they transfer at least one month prior to the commencement of the program for which they initially enrolled.
Security and Privacy:
At Herbcare, the protection of our clients' details is of upmost importance. To this end, we have instituted all appropriate procedures for protecting the online privacy of our clients.
At Herbcare we use tracking technologies to record information such as browser software and operating system type; number of site visitors; dates and time that our site is accessed; and internet protocols (IP) addresses.
We do not collect personal information or sensitive data unless it is provided voluntarily. We do not attempt to collect more information than we believe to be appropriate, and we state the purposes for which we are collecting data at the points of its collection.
Personal Information is only used for the purposes stated at the point of its collection. It is not used to any other ends. We never sell, give or share client contact details or purchase histories with third parties.
Please note that we are unable to prevent third parties from collecting and using information that has been posted on our discussion groups page. Displaying personal information in this page may result in unsolicited communications. Sensitive data, collected to help establish credit ratings, will only ever be disclosed to third parties, as necessary, when such parties are bound to act on our behalf. Sensitive data is never used for unauthorised purposes. All data, both to us and from us, is automatically encrypted prior to being transferred over the internet.
On rare occasions, we use cookies to speed procedures by recalling previously supplies personal information. If, for any reason, these cookies are unwanted, most browsers can be set to reject, block, and/ or erase them.
Herbcare maintain the most up to date firewall protections for its server and all online shopping is secure. Although Herbcare takes all possible care to protect the information of its customers, it cannot be held responsible for damages arising from criminal acts or unauthorised access to electronic data and/ or computer records.
